Summary  
As a Fleet Operations Officer, you will be required to provide support and coordinate fleet vehicle movements.
 
Responsibilities  
Have a thorough understanding of all.fleet Contract and ensure its proper.implementation.
Periodic Spot-check of vehicles.
Ensure that all accident documents./Reports are submitted in due time.
Ensure that vehicles are not used.for unauthorized movement.
Reporting of incidents to.operations coordinator and follow up.until it is resolved.
Keep record of all Vehicles and.Drivers in contract at all times.
Ensure drivers adhere to SIXT.standard of operations and other.regulations.
Ensure that all vehicle.papers/particulars are valid and in the.vehicle at all times.
Respond and resolve emergent.problems in good time.
Communicate professionally to.client on all matters to ensure cordial.working relationship as stipulated in.the contract.
Ensure that all vehicles are clean.at all times and maintained as at when.due.
Find ways to reduce downtime due.to repairs or lack of routine.maintenance.
Ensure Monthly submission of bills.
Provide management with monthly.report on mileage, vehicle status and.usage.
Tracking and monitoring of fleet.and ensuring contract agreements are.adhered to. ie Overload issues etc.
Ensure records of vehicle.accessories and inventory released are.stored properly.
Any other duties as directed by.Operational unit.
   
Requirements  
B.Sc/HND in relevant course and/or equivalent professional experience in logistics & fleet management.
1 year cognate experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in fleet management softwares.
